Lost in Lona

Lost in Lona are Lidia Beck and Konstantin Aebli, an indie-folk duo from Basel and Zurich. Since forming, they have moved between melancholic folk, raw indie pop and an intimacy that never feels artificial. Their songs live from soft, close-up voices, rough guitars and arrangements that deliberately leave space.

With their two albums «Scared Like A Mother And Her Gun» and «The Killer,» Lost in Lona have gradually carved out a firm place for themselves in the Swiss music scene. On stages such as Reeperbahn Festival, OpenAir St. Gallen, Zermatt Unplugged and Montreux Jazz Festival, the duo have shown that their music can unfold a special kind of urgency both in quiet, fragile moments and in full-band settings.

Their new single «Now I Feel It» opens another chapter. The song reveals a cheekier, more summery side of the band: raw guitars, weightless vocals and a restlessness that sounds like hot nights, rides home after going out and romantic chaos.

With this, Lost in Lona find themselves at a point where many things are both intensifying and opening up at the same time. The intimacy remains, and so does the melancholy.
