Linda Wolf — Dreaming & Drowning

It is said that Linda Wolf can cry underwater. That she sings lullabies to her fears to calm them down. That she once danced alone until sunrise just to remember what joy feels like. What we know: with «Dreaming & Drowning», the Swiss indie pop artist and psychotherapist releases her second album via Mouthwatering Records in late summer 2026 – and it sounds like a full circle.

Twelve songs that map an interior world and begin where Linda Wolf meets herself – in the rain, alone – and end where she always was: good as she is. In between: longing, overwhelm, love, the breaking of old patterns. «I cannot pretend this isn't all I want to do», Wolf sings on the title track – half confession, half peace offering to everything she's been fighting within herself.

«Dreaming & Drowning» is an album about breathing. Before, after, and in between.

Over a year and a half in the making, crafted in close collaboration with producer Rico Baumann (TRUE, Leila) – careful, unhurried. Guitars, played by Wolf and Luk Kipfer (The Souls), bring the coolness. Jerry Keller's bass a solid ground. Rico Baumann's drums the drive. An old piano the warmth. And Linda Wolf's crystal-clear voice the soul. The music moves somewhere between cathedral and bedroom: grand in feeling, intimate in expression.
