To Athena

Chamber pop, cinematic pop, Swiss German and English – at To Athena, worlds, moods, and languages merge. Her music is at once fragile and powerful, telling stories of longing, pain, and light between the notes.

Raised in a family of violin makers and surrounded by the hits of the ’70s and ’80s that constantly played at home, To Athena developed a keen sense for sound, melody, and lyrical depth from an early age. Her creative universe extends beyond songs, encompassing self-illustrated album covers, music videos, and live performances.
 

Her debut album Aquatic Ballet (2020) received international acclaim, while her second album The Movie (2023) delved even deeper into her inner world. In 2023, she won the Swiss Music Award in the Artist category and has since performed her Swiss German songs across Switzerland, Germany, and even Mexico. She is also featured as an artist on the 7th season of Sing meinen Song – Schweiz.
 

On May 22, 2026, her third album Have I Lost My Magic will be released, marking another dive into the depths of her creative world. Live, she shines in a quartet or duo setting – intimate chamber moments meet cinematic soundscapes.
