Tal Arditi — Waiting for Your Love

Tal Arditi, the singer-songwriter from Berlin, blending electronic music and guitar-driven folk is thrilled to announce the release of his latest single, "Waiting for Your Love." This new track is a standout from his upcoming EP, "Close Your Eyes" which will be out in 2025 on Mouthwatering Records.

The track opens with an acoustic riff reminiscent of John Mayer, setting the stage for a track that blends introspective lyrics about a relationship doomed to fail, with a summery, uplifting sound.

Throughout the song, Tal croons about the bittersweet feeling of holding onto hope, even when doubts begin to creep in as he paints vivid pictures of waiting by the sea.

"When I was on tour in Ireland, I was very inspired by the big pier in the town I was staying in. It’s a famous pier called Dún Laoghaire. I kept getting the idea of waiting for somebody’s love despite the whole universe telling them this relationship isn’t going to work. I wanted to capture the feeling of not giving up, despite every signal saying no.”
