Healing is a soulful exploration of self-compassion and resilience. “Hijacked by my empathy, feeling like my worst enemy,” express the exhaustion of being pulled between connection and the need for solitude. This emotional track with a raw instrumentation reflects the healing process which can be rough and ugly at times. It dives into the desire to pause, breathe, and find peace amid life’s noise, reminding ourselves of the strength in taking space. Haunting and raw, Healing is a heartfelt anthem for those seeking solace in self-acceptance.
„I wrote this song when I was going through a rough patch in life, where I felt lost and lonely, the only way I felt I could regain strength was in feeling all these unpleasant emotions in solitude“.
We filmed a live session with only women involved for this emotional track in an abandoned factory in Berlin. The song got nominated for the Listen To Berlin awards.
