From one coast to another, The TWO have never been afraid to roam- as evidenced by more than 1000 concerts between 2014 and 2026  the duo has played since. But the leap is now a giant one, from the trails of American blues from which the band took birth to the warm shores of Mauritius, on which the pair had already wandered in search of musical flavors but which they embraced body and soul to build «Sadela» their third album.»

Indeed, «Sadela» sets the bar high for instrumental quality. Largely acoustic, it braids guitar strings and interweaves 100 rhythmic pulses from which the voice stands out, imperious, heady. Far from the Swiss stereotypes of a country cloistered in its Alpine fortifications, The TWO embodies the dynamism of the Swiss music market, open to others and rich in its cultural, eco-nomic and societal mix. No one foresaw the musical path that a Swiss and a Mauritian would forge, and the unexpectedness of this pairing has so far left a mark worthy of respect. The duo has graced the stages of such renowned festivals as the Montreux Jazz and the Montreal Jazz Festival, and opened for renowned artists as Johnny Hallyday, Ben Harper, Mavis Staples and Charlie Winston.
