Out of Mexico City comes this freaked out electronic Blues combo, rockin' the s*** out of our speakers. Cute Ass Algorithm is a super funky Hip Hop Electronica EP featuring soulful Pop vocals nicely reminiscent of Outkast's André 3000.

The producer behind Algorythm & Blues is Mexican born Alvaro Ruiz, the man responsible for projects like Ruisort (out on Klute & Teebee's Certificate18 label) playing super smooth Latin Chillout sounds or Thelmo Castello, a Mexican crooner that claims to be the last romantic singer out there. Alvaro Ruiz is extremely versatile in his music. For Cute Ass Algorithm he teames up with Harlem NYC born singer Tony Browne, who marvellously brings a Soul and Pop aspect to Ruiz' freaky electronic rhythms.

The remix work on this EP comes courtesy of Canadian Dub Techno maestro Deadbeat, doing his Ragga stance, fellow Mexican artist Kampion and Mouthwatering Records resident Dub-Pop-Electronica act Filewile, with a super groovy booty shaking dub funk shuffle version.
